Karel Bernard is a 27 year old PADI Instructor living in Estonia, western part of Europe. He started snorkeling when he was six and fell in love with the underwater world immediately. For now he has been diving for 14 years and is still amazed of the beauty he can see below the surface. Karel is also a very passionate underwater photographer and is thrilled to share his pictures and stories with anyone who is willing to listen.
