David is now a retired designer and engineer from England, living on the beautiful island of Menorca which is part Spain and belongs to The Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea. He, and his wife Debi started underwater photography about 10 years ago and have contributed many articles and images in dive magazines around the world with many images winning prestigious awards in photographic competitions.
As a dedicated follower of what nature has to offer both on land and underwater his interests extend to many varied creatures including insects, birds, mammals ... in fact almost anything that walks, flies or swims - each one having many aspects to it's way of living in so many different habitats.
In submitting his underwater images David hopes to encourage and motivate the audience to become involved and take an active part in the worlds conservation and protect our heritage through learning and sharing the experiences with friends and families so that our wildlife is here for all to see, now and in the future.
